Okay game with too much ADs – Operate Now: Hospital Review

The game play is okay. It seems a looong way to get to the top level of the hospital. A lot of the assignments need time to wait, which is okay. The ADs adds even more waiting time, ruin the game experience. I might play it for a while if not the ADs.
