Multiplayer not working, forum page doesn't load – Sudoku Party (multiplayer/solo puzzles) Review

Just downloaded this for two different iPads. Tried multiplayer and get cryptic " this user cannot be invited to a game" message. Went to developers web page to see if there was help and the web page simply does not load (on my iPad).
