This app is crap – Tutorial App - Video user guide and tips for iPad Review

I ABSOLUTELY can not navigate through this app!! EVEN though this app has an ENGLISH title, I CAN'T UNDERSTAND it at all!!!!!! It's NOT in ENGLISH !!!!!!!!
