THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH AN APP!!! – Shop Samsung Review

I don’t , I do not recommend this APP or purchasing thru it or their website’s. To many bugs, glitches, not accurate, to many flaws, frustrating to use etc, etc, etc, etc, ETC , ETC, ETC,!!!!!!!!!ETC,ETC,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never had such problems ordering thru an app or website like this one and Samsungs websites before. All the bad reviews here are complaining about all the problems I had ordering thru here. I was never able to use my Samsung Financing accounts that were created here at check out. All the Items/ products I tried to order here were in stock when I placed my orders but Samsung canceled my orders because of problems with this APP and websites account functions. PROBLEMS? Now those products are not available (out of stock) and I ordered them when they were in stock. Thru this APP and website Samsung could not verify my account information and payment method info????!!!!! It verified that info when I created the account to begin with. And Samsungs App and website’s cancelled every order I placed here because of this APP and its problems. Contacting , Calling customer service was of no use , The Customer services was a joke. I tried placing orders during the Galaxy S20 ultra preorder dates this past 2 weeks and all of them were cancelled by Samsung when I was using my Samsung Financing account for the payment method to my orders which were created here and nothing , nothing was ever resolved. Samsung flashes good products but this APP and websites are terrible , the WORST I have ever experienced shopping online with. TERRIBLE......... I had to find the product thru an authorized dealer to place the order there to preorder the Galaxy S20’s ultra 512gb unlocked version. before 3-5-2020 deadline for bonus qualification. This APP and websites did not let me use a coupon that Samsung emailed me for use at check out for this time and thru here or use the Samsung financing account for payment. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! SOOOO, I am going to close my accounts since I don’t get to use them and get rid of this APP after I redeem my bonus $200 for preordering the Galaxy S20’s Ultra when I receive my shipment/order/product from a different online store if this APP will let me. And never shop here again......................... I will advise and tell everybody, anyone that I can advise to stay away from here from this Samsung APP, website, ETC. If SAMSUNGS APP, websites don’t work right, and customer service is just as bad THAT IN ITSELF Tells me how your products perform and the problems I will deal with if I need other services for your products. I will stick with APPLE and KENMORE products because I know from my experience with them they work , perform very well, last long and are easy to use!!!!!! PERIOD.................................... I tried giving Samsung products a shot at my business. I have no choice to take my business elsewhere because of this shopping experience. I never leave reviews for APPS or websites. This one really affected and offended me. But this company is a joke. Question Their products before you other customers make any purchases from here and the products themselves.
