Does not work – Checkpoint Resident Review

Please update this app. Has horrible review of one star. Names do not appear correctly when entered numerous times. Owners not listed, wife and husband own the home why only once access allowed and not the other? Both residents are to be listed as owners. How will my husband enter his home without being listed as resident if only one login is allowed per household and we have two cars and two QR code scans not one?
