Do I have to go to Apple & complain??? – Artisto – Video and Photo Editor with Art Filters Review

10th time trying to contact developers, still no response! Where are the Developers??? I have already paid for full version I would like to know why Artisto is asking me to go pro when I had already been using the pro? I have the receipt & wondering what happened that I am being limited of the use of the app? I would appreciated a response, going to the Support page didn’t show anything but advertising. Thank You for Your time
