Mixed Feelings – Kingdom Rush Vengeance TD Game Review

Good New heroes, enemies, and new towers with new abilities. Neat! Interesting new take on the tower system, still testing it out to see if I like it Not so good in my opinion A bit of new is nice to refresh a game but some of the changes to the core experience feel unnecessary. For starters there’s no encyclopedia? And in the game with the most amount of towers to look through? Also what in the world happened to the upgrade tree? It went from organized, clean, and logical to just plain messy and chaotic. Some of the end skill upgrades seem neat like the flags turning into towers but it would’ve been nice to just see another line of upgrades on the old iteration. In addition some of the newer wording just feels unnecessary. The flavor is improved but at the cost of simplicity. Yes I get that the war ratios create stronger fighters so you don’t need to directly say “on a full belly soldiers are stronger, they have more health now”. Just say improves health.
