Stuck in a loop – Bio Inc. Nemesis - Plague Doc Review

The training is directing me to a level that I can’t play. It’s pointing toward the Daily Objective. That wants to me finish the Patient Quota objective. That takes me to internship chapter 1 mission 3. But the Battle button is greyed out. I can’t click anywhere the arrow isn’t pointing. I can’t get away from this mandated direction.
