Can't access my pictures. App will not work on 11 pro – Prisma: Photo Editor, Filters Review

This app was GREAT. No more! Have messaged support several times with no reply. App keeps crashing and won't even stay open. It will not load my pictures for me to edit them--I just see white squares. I have not been able to use it for MONTHS! Just canceled subscription--not happy to have paid for a year and not been able to use the app!
