App closes itself and I lose my work – GoDaddy Studio (Over): Design Review

I LOVE Over for scrapbooking. It’s quick and intuitive. However, I’ve begun having an issue with the app closing itself and losing my most recent changes on my page. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone and it’s still happening. Support is impossible to find because I kept getting redirected to their Intercom site. Tried to contact them through FB, was given an email from an auto reply. Sent that email, received an auto reply directing me to Intercom—which doesn’t address this issue! My phone is up to date, as is the app. So what’s the deal?
