What went wrong?? – Prisma: Photo Editor, Filters Review

Used to be great...used this app regularly and paid for Premium yearly. After last update (?) it no longer can access my photos...just waiting endlessly for them to load. Unacceptable! Please fix!! I miss the greatness...
