Not enough support – SHEIN - Shopping Online Review

I was happy with SHEIN until I, for whatever reason, couldn’t make purchases anymore. Idk if it’s a glitch or something. I keep getting an error message when I try to chat with a customer service rep, as well. It’s been frustrating. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and now, I wish I could say everything’s great but it’s not. Thanks for response. One of my order numbers is: CKP41985
