Never received cloud subscription – YI Home Review

I spent $199 on a 1 year cloud subscription that I purchased through my Apple subscriptions. It said this would automatically update in my app but it did not. I contacted Yi support and they requested a bunch of proof, sent it to them, then I never heard back, even after an additional follow up email. Pretty disappointed because I’ve really enjoyed the service otherwise. Now I have to waste my time requesting a refund through Apple. This gap shouldn’t be an issue and your lack of customer service once proof was received is disappointing.
