Love the APP – DDP Yoga Fitness & Motivation Review

DDP, I wish I knew about this earlier. I purchased the full set of dvds and wish I never did cuz the app is so much more interactive. Opened the dvds but don’t even use them. I’m 59 years old and am active because of my work but basically haven’t exercised since my early 20s. Thanks for getting me on the right path to the rest of my life! Thanks, Patrick
