Has minor flaw – AudioTools - dB, Sound & Audio Review

The app doesn’t open properly on an iPad in portrait orientation when initially launched. Developer believes this is caused by bug introduced in iOS 13. If you open app in landscape, no problem. Or, after opening in portrait, swipe in from left edge to pull in the Audio Tools menu bar, then it works ok.
