Long time customer disappointed – Spotify - Music and Podcasts Review

Spotify needs to stop constantly taking features and services away from free users. The intrusive, unbelievably patronizing Spotify messages and sponsor ads that seem to be constantly increasing in rate should be more than enough to drive anyone to buy the full service. You don’t need to be so ungracious towards the rest of your customer base, even if they use the service for free. I have paid for the service in the past and would consider if again I didn’t feel so pressured to do so.
