Not happy – Easy Stats for Basketball Review

Not happy. App is easy enough to use, but it will NOT synch across devices. I am signed in with the SAME iCloud username and password and the SAME iTunes username and password and it says it cannot synch at this time and to try again later. I keep trying and keep getting same message.
