It converts it yes, in poor quality – GIF Cracker - GIF to Video Review

It makes very clean gifs looks very low and poor quality, some- after converting them I couldn’t even realize what was going on in the gif because it had made the quality so bad, all I could see was extremely blurred movements and colors.
