I love kayak, except this time. – KAYAK: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

I bought a flight ticket in Colombia from Viva Air. From Bogota to Colombia( I really do not recommend this airline) they only charge you even the check in, if you don’t do it online and their web side is a piece of trash. I couldn’t use it. They broke my luggage and still don’t have an answer after 4 days, now I need to buy a new bag to go back.
