Unable to download Feb 2020 copy to the app – Magnificat English Editions Review

I have tried repeatedly to download the February 2020 version to my IPhone XI. It says it is downloading gets to about 24% in the process and then says there is an error and to try again. I have tried this repeatedly. I have deleted the app and tried again and still no luck. This is very disappointing.
