Redemption of winnings??? – Lucky Win - Happy Match Review

How in the world are we suppose to redeem our winnings? Other games that I play have a section under the settings menu of the game that says redeem and it gives you the option of 1- redeem to PAYPAL or 2- you can purchase things in the game.... help?!
