Good radar image, terrible weather prediction. – NOAA Radar Pro: Weather Alerts Review

This app is great if you want to see the radar. The weather prediction in this app for rain in western North Carolina wrong most of the time. I’m learning if it says partly cloudy, most of the time it rains.
