App doesn’t work right / they don’t refund or respond – SkyBlueVPN: VPN Fast & Secure Review

I got this app just to test, never wanted to buy the full version, but I think you have to get a free trial to use its full features, I remember checking my App Store subscriptions and never seen any active apps, I woke up at 1 am with a charge of $79, and haven’t been refunded yet.
