How the hell cant this app be rated so high? – Exxon Mobil Rewards+ Review

It works 1/5 of the time. Nothing worse than pulling into a gas station only to get an error message with an apology stating that the system is down. This has happened numerous times this past month in different states. This is supposed to SAVE time not ADD to it.
