Can you please link the game to social media accounts? ? – Disney Crossy Road Review

I love this game so much, but the only problem is that this game can’t connect with social accounts like Facebook, Twitter, etc. I changed my cellphone but I couldn’t linked the Crossy Road of my old cellphone to the new one; I don’t want to lose all my 396 figures of my old cellphone!
