Microsoft word for ipad is abundant with bugs and issues – Microsoft Word Review

Presently the issues are unreliability in saves be it autosave or manual saves made frequently, and this cost me a lot of work on a college paper. Other issues I've been experiencing are fonts disappearing. It says it's still using Times New Roman, but it isn't, and I have to keep uninstalling/reinstalling the app to get it to redownload fonts just so they can disappear or stop working a few hours later. Tech support or customer service beyond an "FAQ" page is severely lacking.
