Always crashing and losing progress – CatHotel - Care for cute cats Review

Just about every time I press the ?✨, this game crashes and I lose all of my progress that I’ve done that day, or even in the middle of the day! This is so irritating! Why does this happen so much! In addition, when I play this game in a few days, the place is dirty and upgraded things are back to the original. Can you please fix these things?! Also, how can people have gems WITHOUT paying for them? There SHOULD be a daily bonus or something, so people can have gems without paying for them. I know you have to make money, but could you add a way for players to earn gems WITHOUT paying for them with actual money??? Maybe players could watch ads for them or something. Also, certain breeds of cats have to be paid for with actual money, but they are added to the quests. I am STILL stuck on the Norwegian Forest breed, but I can’t complete the quest WITHOUT paying for it. This is REALLY IRRITATING!!! Can you at least get rid of that and change it to something that you don’t HAVE TO PAY FOR!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I play the smashing game with the cat, with the bowl of candy, the screen goes blank, and I have to exit out of the game and do it AGAIN. I had to delete this game JUST BECAUSE OF THIS!!! But the weird thing is, it NEVER USED TO DO THIS!!!
