App not working – Unsplash Review

I downloaded the app and decided to change my username. I also deleted the app and re-downloaded it—and now it won’t even open, it remains in loading mode like it freezes. I wrote to the app developer and I have yet to receive anything regarding this issue. I deleted my account to create a new one, which means I should not have this much trouble using the app. Please change this. Apple told me it’s a developer problem.
