Start New Orders – Printful App Review

I got the email from Printful about the ability to start new orders right from the app. Exciting! But, I don’t seem to be able to do it at all. The option to start new orders doesn’t show up for me in the app. I have an iPhone 8 Plus. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and I still don’t see the “Nee Order” option. Am I missing something?
