Doesn’t work can’t sign in can’t scan – Washington's Lottery Review

I used to use this app all the time looks like I’ll have to use a scanner at the store. I can’t log in can’t create a new account can’t scan anything. When an app works and is fine why put an update on that literally crashes the app to where u can’t use it?
