Great game ruined by horrible customer service! – Archero Review

The gameplay on this is great, additive and fun. I’ve been playing this game for months, didn’t have to purchase anything to bring to advance but I did without issue, until now. I purchase a season pass for $5 but wasn’t able to claim and rewards. So I emailed customer service like they’re app suggested. It’s now been 18+ days and I STILL haven’t gotten a single response. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I understand that I’m not the center of the universe and things take time but 2-1/2 weeks without anything is absurd. They sure didn’t 2-1/2 weeks to take the money out of my account when I made in in-app purchase. So disappointed
