Bad service – State of Survival: Zombie War Review

The game if fun BUT if you need customer service to help you out with errors in your purchases they are really bad at it. I bought a pack but was sent an error msg in my mail saying there was a problem with my top-up pack. However, I still got charged. They just told me to go through Apple to get a refund instead of compensating me for the loss. Probably won’t buy from them again because of how they handled the issue.
