Is that a bug or fraud？ – Arena of Valor Review

I have to say it’s one of the best mobile moba game I’ve ever played. I just can’t stand with the fraud on payed items. I bought several ‘January skin package’ today, from which the game announcement claimed we will not get skins that we already have. But I received 200 diamond instead of a skin, which means the package gave me a skin that I’ve already owned. That’s ridiculous. I have to say that’s a cheat on the game costumers, especially those who would like to purchase items with real cash. I really look forward to seeing reply and compensate from the Tencent and Timi.
