my account is still disabled – IMVU: 3D Avatar Creator & Chat Review

i'm getting really frustrated at this point.my account (@calenhere1) is still disabled, i did my 7 days. My account should not disabled on 1/28/2020, but it is.please help. agent named Gerlie sade it would be reactivated by "2pm" TODAY which is 1/28/2020. PLEASE help ME get my account back. owner and founder PLEASE HELP ME!!!
