Bought in app purchase but it won't register I bought it – Operation wow HD Review

I have bought both the iPhone and iPad versions of this app and while I love the game, I've bought the extended pack on both versions and when I try to play the extra content it tells me I have to buy them. When I tell it to buy the extra content, the app says I've already purchased the add-on and it will download it again for free. This does nothing and then when I try to play the extra content it again says i have to buy it. This turns into a never ending cycle with me never being able to play that extra content I paid for. Please fix this. Otherwise it's flawless.
