Needs update due to errors – Disney Frozen Adventures Review

Since the update in December 2019 there are no more objectives to complete tasks. I’ve contacted support and they’re aware of the issue, but it’s been 6 weeks and there’s been no follow up of any time frame as to when it’ll be fixed. I currently have 84 snowflakes and cannot use them because there is no game objectives. I have contacted support numerous times with no help received. I thought Apple was closely monitoring their developers to ensure game play, privacy issues, and developers were producing quality games. I guess not. If you want to play a match game, with 0 rewards-or objectives. Then go ahead. Otherwise, keep looking for a game that addresses their issues and provides productive support when issues arrive.
