Overall Crappy App, Sorry – 7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat Review

I have gone to 7Cups in my times of need, and each of my listeners were really bad. My worst one was an Indian man asking about details of my intercourse with my boyfriend. Definitely not the first time. Extremely uncomfortable for me regardless. The listeners are either are rude or just never respond, say hi and that’s it, or they take like five hours to respond as soon as they accept, and I sit there typing my problems out to a ghost. You guys really need to fix something with this app because tons of people are having bad experiences, myself included. This is supposed to be a safe space. You are dealing with real people and their lives.
