Support always unavailable – Shipwrecked: Lost Island Review

I have been trying to reach the Pop Reach support team for help. I have a couple of holiday items that I couldn’t complete. I want to sell them since the time to complete them is over. I’ve been unavailable to reach the support team. Who can I contact for help?
