Best free/Non-scam one I’ve ever seen – Groovepad - Music & Beat Maker Review

I wanted a beet maker just for the fun of it, but all the other ones required you to buy some “Premium Subscription” or other junk like that. This one gives you the basic stuff you need and if you want the pro stuff THEN you can buy it. All in all it’s pretty good.
