Customer service is horrible. – Ourtime - Meet 50+ Singles Review

I tried this site for one month. I wasn’t happy with the opportunities to choose from. There is no place to email for help or guidance. I called to delete my profile because you can’t do it on your own page,but no one no one answers the phone. I was on hold three separate times today for over 15 mins each, and no one picked up. Frustrating because you cannot delete your own information when you want it off the site :/
