Poor site, poor app – Ourtime - Meet 50+ Singles Review

I opened an account via phone and paid for 1 full month subscription. But I was required to change password, after that I uploaded pictures which are still pending till date, I tried sending messages and flirts but no one is replying as if the profiles are bots or fake or I’m being restricted! Please if you will not assist in fixing this issue I will have to request for a refund. NB: I have been blocked from account settings, please i request a refund and then I will like to delete my profile
