Open app – Filterloop: Photo Editor Review

I download the app and it says clearly proceed to limited right but when u click it nothing happens but when I click at the bottom the big words that say to use premium or whatever it takes me right onto put my card info and why wouldn’t they do that I mean more money r if they because if someone wants to use it means they will have to pay them
