Stupid app – Providers EBT by Propel Review

The is app doesn't seem to work properly. Every time you check your balance it will tell u that have to make a new user name and password EVERYTIME !! unbelievable . I would give this app 0 stars but unfortunately u have to put 1 ?. Don’t waste your time downloading this app
