Love this app. Not only is it self explanatory but also user friendly. Gives you all that you need to get started. It’s very easy to navigate around. Customer service questions and answers are excellent. As a first time user I’m very impressed. I got emails from them as I was on the waiting list and got emails on ticket reservation. Then email on final notice. All this is open communication. Most importantly the reason why I say it’s a hidden gem becaUse you can be part of shows and taping and see some of your favorite artists. Hoping To use it more and more and this could be a beginning of beautiful Long cyber app friendship.
