Could be better – IMVU: 3D Avatar Creator & Chat Review

IMVU is a brand that improves but still lacks in listening to their customers. They never want to fix the small problems but are always crating new products. For instance, the glitching with IMVU mobile. The app constantly deletes your likes on a picture when you had over 20 likes. You try to find solutions through their help page. All they recommend is update the app, check your WiFi etc. All of that is fine but nothing works therefore it’s a BIGGER PROBLEM. It makes it seem like they’re too LAZY to fix the problem. For the longest and still now. Match is still glitching. Did they fix it? No.... All they care about is getting money.. Buying credits is truly expensive unless you’re VIP. However, even with VIP they rarely have 45% off credits. They also lose a lot of og creators by disabling their account aka Ms.Kitty from doing hair.. who’s been there for many, many years. I honestly think it would take boycotting imvu for them to change or actually care. Also actually HIRING WORKERS THAT UNDERSTAND YOU. Because IMVU is famous for that honestly. But again they DONT CARE
