Fun, but no customer service – Bricks n Balls Review

I have had issues, twice, with the purchasing of rubies through the in game coupon (but have bought a lot of rubies before without issues). Tried to email to get the rubies and explain the coupon error, no word back. Tried contacting them through the app...doesn’t work. I had to notify ITunes. The game is fun but is too costly once you get above 500 (which I’m close to 600). 2 stars due to poor customer service.
