Where did the entry fee for 50 cents go? – WorldWinner: Play for Cash Review

I've had this app downloaded for about 6 months. Have enjoyed it. It use to have entry level fees of 50 cents which is OK for me to play once in a while. Then all of a sudden the entry fees are 88 cents. Once I use up my $3.00 I will be deleting this app.
