Paid for omlet plus and I didnt get the upgrade to my app – Omlet: Live & 3D Avatar Stream Review

I paid for the monthly omlet plus and I havent recieved an upgrade. It says there was an error but my subscriptions say that I have been charged for it. Is there anyway this can be fixed?
