No support – Lifesum: Food Tracker & Diet Review

This app is okay the premium is not worth it. I got the premium version a year ago at discounted rate then no one informed me about my upcoming $45 renewal charge that just occurred. I have tried to contact multiple times to cancel and be refunded however, I just keep receiving responses that there are longer wait times but it’s been several DAYS. I am extremely dissapointed with the lack of customer service.
