Too many side challenges and pop-ups – Clockmaker: Mystery Match 3 Review

I enjoy the game itself, but all the side challenges and pop ups make it a bit much. I have to close out a billion pop ups just to play the game. Why are all match 3 games doing this now? I’ve been stuck on a level now for 3 days and after reading other reviews it looks like I’ll have to pay to play. Nope and bye.
